Kitchen cupboard essentials for a Spanish Kitchen

Since writing my many blogs for you all to read, I have spent a lot of time talking about different types of Spanish food, recipes,ingredients,where to eat, how to shop, what to ask for, my love of Spanish food and so on.

The one thing I have not touched on as yet is what your kitchen should contain to make it complete, making it a Spanish kitchen. Here are some my basics and cupboard ingredients list below:

 

Almonds

Beans (dried or cooked)

Chick peas (dried or cooked)

Chicken stock

Corn oil

Coffee beans (for freshly brewed coffee)

Chorizo sausage

Dried mixed herbs

Dried parsley

Dried oregano

Dried cured ham (jamón serrano)

Fuet (a dried cured meat from Barcelona)
